Three Agaves is the world's first pure, additive-free, oven-cooked, 100% agave spirit made from Karoo agave; an agave Americana variant, organically-grown, semi-wild near Graaff-Reinet in the Klein Karoo region, and produced in South Africa.

At Three Agaves, we cultivate our agave plants in the semi-wild Karoo region, ensuring they grow naturally under the African sun. Our commitment to organic farming means our spirits are free from pesticides and chemicals, delivering a pure and authentic agave flavour.

Our agave are hand harvested by local workers using handmade tools of their own preference in the Karoo agave fields.

Cooked for 2-3 days in a 12 tonne brick oven to breakdown the agave sugars and prepare the fibers for fermentation.

Our Agave spirits are slow fermented using wild agave yeasts.

Three Agave spirits are produced in small batches, in a single distillation, exclusively in Copper Pot Stills.

Our spirits are wild fermented, oven-cooked using local wood, and then copper pot-stilled, to ensure a distinctive flavour profile that represents the essence of the South African Karoo.
